First of all, check the fine charging parameter Settings on the display screen of the control cabinet, which may be too small to reach, resulting in too fast coarse feed speed and ultimately affecting the weight of the package. Adjust this parameter to a reasonable range. Previously, our packaging had fine feed parameters higher than 3.0. Now, since the packaging machine has been used for a long time and has worn out, all of which can affect the sensitivity of the scale, so we now set the fine feed parameters to about 2.5, sometimes even up to 2.1 and 2.2. At the same time, this parameter cannot be set too large. I'm sure everyone has heard of a time when the coarse screw feed on a scale didn't work because this parameter was set too high.

2. Go to the weighing table of the packaging machine, open the side box plate of the weighing hopper, and check whether the air supply pipe and its joint of the cylinder are damaged. In general, sound can be heard when the air supply tube is damaged, but the feed cylinder works in a sealed space, so the sound is not particularly noticeable after damage. Find a suitable type of air supply pipe and replace it. If the joint is damaged, it is more troublesome to replace it now. Because there are not many suitable instrument spare parts, we sometimes need to find our own way to solve it.

3. Sometimes the material may be too wet. When the weighing hopper is fed, the material cannot be completely dumped clean. However, when used to load the weighing hopper, the indicator number of the weighing hopper will be negative at this time. First stop the scraper conveyor, close the scale, then reduce the weight set value of the scale to be packed below 20 kg, and then open the scale for feeding until the remaining material in the buffer hopper is completely discharged. If cutting the material is really not possible, you need to open the top of the scale to dig the material.

4, once this happens, that is, when A and B scales are cut at the same time, it will affect the cutting accuracy of one of the scales, which requires an inaccurate feed to adjust the fine feed of the scale, which will naturally solve this situation. Now we can only open the a scale normally and repair the b scale at the next overhaul, so that we can see the spectacular sight of the two scales opening together.

When there is a problem with the feed packaging scale, first of all, we should carefully check to see where the fault occurs.
